I'll make a thread about it when I return from the library. I've got exams coming up so I gotta study.

In short:

Lamont deserved the win. He fought his ass off and I'm very happy for him. Amir couldn't have lost to a more respectful guy than Lamont.

With that said, the fight was very close and could have gone either way. Even though Lamont deserves all the props, Amir partly has himself to blame for shelling up too often, not throwing combos and showing too much bravado.

I guess I have... I saw a couple he made which was obvious nut hugging (trust me they were) and automatically grouped him with certain people.

was it just me or if khan just traded in the middle of the ring he would have won easily? I felt like from round 5 on the only times peterson landed anything good was when he got khan on the ropes and worked inside to the body and then mixed in some uppercuts/hooks.
