You are trying to talk smack about Khan for not taking real challenges but then go on to say he shouldn’t fight Mayweather (who is the biggest challenge in boxing) because it would end his career lol are you for real?

This is the problem with Khan fans. They know nothing about boxing yet pretend to be informed instead of just admitting they love kissing Amir's ass and don't really care for the sport in general.

First of Pauli was not Amir's mandatory. Where do you get off making up such bull**** that a simple google search will tell you isn't true?

Maidana was his mandatory at the time and he put that fight off intentionally to face the lightest puncher in the world.

Secondly when he did fight Maidana it was only because he was forced into doing so. If he were forced to fight Maidana (the interim champ) again he would vacate and fight some bum like Matthew Hatton instead.

Khan lowballed the hell out of Maidana to try to duck the fight every chance he had. Only after Maidana forced the purse bid and Khan realized nobody would take him seriously if he gave up the belt did he actually accept that fight.

So if we're being honest about it the fact of the matter is Maidana is the only real challenge Khan has ever faced and he had to be dragged kicking and screaming into the fight by his handlers because he would have preferred some bum like Salita or McCloskey or Pauli who couldn't crack an egg.

I didnt say he shouldnt fight Floyd I said if he does its over for him, he isnt in the same universe as Floyd. Regardless of the reasons he fought those bums they are still not of any real caliber to claim Khan is anything more than average.

When Khan fights a elite fighter he will be exposed, Madiana who is a B- fighter beat his a$$. You fools who think Khan is a true champion dont know boxing.

There is no valid point raised in this post so I was wrong about Paulie being his mandatory that was a mistake no big deal and it defiantly does not compromise my knowledge of boxing.

Khan fought Maidana Khan beat Maidana now name me a 25 year old in boxing today with a better resume than Khan? or stfu

I dont need to justify my self to a poster well known for his bias and bitterness i was a fan of boxing long before Khan even laced them up and i have criticised Khan hugely in the past he won me around a good young fighter exciting to watch and willing to fight the best.

          You are a bias idiot.

The funny thing is I was a fan of Khan, Ya know he had a brutal embarassing 1st round knock out to Prescott, he started working hard to rebuild himself, he went and trained with Freddie Roach and was making his way back. Then he started running his mouth that he was the best in the world without earning it. That's when he lost me as a fan, when you say your best then you fight the best, Khan is a punk .

You assume the worst on Khan's end. You couldn't be more cynical towards him even if you tried.

He fought Malignaggi as an introductory fight in the US. He wasn't supposed to be a huge challenge. That fight was supposed to showcase Khan's skills to the US audience for the first time.

He fought Maidana and won the fight via UD. When Khan fought Judah, many observers believed Judah could knock Khan out and would that it would be a competitive fight. People here on boxingscene had Judah by KO.

But we get it. You're a hater with little objectivity when it comes to Khan. As I said, you only assume the worst.

Riios had to weigh 146.5 over night for Murray.

I'm thinking he's a bit bigger than Khan.

Khan got his a$$ spanked by Madiana and ran the last 4 rounds of that fight like a child not wanting to get beat on. If he moves up to 147 he and takes on the elite he is in for a rude awaking. If he is tries to take on Floyd that will be the end of his career

I think he made a mistake between salita and malignaggi get off your high horse already and fighting malignaggi as a warm up fight for his first US fight and then fighting Maidana straight after what is wrong with that ? you know why the fight was forced to purse bids because maidana was wanting XXX times more then the amount he got in his last fight before khan to fight khan despite the fact he had never earned anything close to that before hand alot of fighters look at how much khans earning and expect more just because its khan there facing and hes a cash cow. but thats all academic and is open to criticism and opinion im a khan fan and i know alot about boxing not as much as some but more than you ??

khan never beat maidana handily though take off the 10-8 round and the point deduction...... khan won with scores of 114-111 twice and 113-112 he would of been a razor thin decision
