All those are winnable fights, except for Chambers. Unless he improves pretty drastically from his last outing (and/or Chambers declines pretty drastically) He would get outboxed pretty badly by Chambers.
Hell, Vitali would get outboxed by Chambers, along with the rest of the division outside of Wlad. Which is why he'll never step in the ring with him, and pretend like a Wlad victory over Chambers counts as a victory for him as well, which was the reasoning behind him ducking a rematch with Byrd. He'll continue to fight fat, slow, talentless, poorly skilled plodders who match up well with his style so he can continue to look like Superman.

Two years, there are plenty of different guys that will pose problems for him that he needs to learn from before he is really ready. If he really wants to win they should take the slow road.
They could do it in a year but it is highly likely he gets beat, but if he goes in with the proper attitude he could learn from that experience also but that I would say is a much riskier path although that big paycheck could be worth the risk.
The Klit brother's are lightyears ahead of anyone in terms of technical skills, they're too genetically gifted to be beaten, but with that said, Mitchell carries himself very well inside and outside the ring, should give us exciting fights for years to come.
