I'm definitely getting the impression that it's Erislandy's manager, DeCubas, who does all the talking. If you compare "Lara's" interviews and DeCubas's interviews, they sound like one and the same person.

I saw the Lara-Molina fight once. I thought Carlos should've gotten the nod in a close fight. The draw, while debatable, was reasonable. P. Will's "win" over Lara, on the other hand, was a robbery. That fight was never in question to anyone but the judges. When was the last time you heard about a commission suspending the judges in a boxing match over their scores? It's literally unheard of.

As for the condition of Erislandy's face: Lara suffered a nasty hematoma to the side of the head in the Williams fight; it's the sort of semi-freakish injury that can happen from one blow. If you've seen the fight, you know Lara landed at will against Paul (no pun intended), while Erislandy didn't take nearly the same a number of shots. I don't think the injury says anything about Lara's punch-resistance.
