    Went To The Weigh-In

seen some people I didnt expect to see. I knew the fighters on the card would be there along with Oscar, Hopkins, & Roach but it was also cool to see Al Haymon, Paul Williams, Paulie Malignaggi, Keith Holmes, Matthew Macklin. Then you had some local guys there like Darryl Tyson & Darryl Coley, etc..... Also forgot to add Lederman, the sky sports crew, Ariza & Broner which was a bit of a shock to me.

All the fighters were in good shape and looked ready to go. Im expecting a good fight tomorrow. Roach was real cool, came out before things got started and took some pics & signed some autographs. Williams came over after and did it. He was real cool also. Paulie came through the regular door like regular fans and chilled in the crowd or over to the side for a good amount of time. He was open whenever someone would come up to him.

Just a good vibe overall. I really like the card. I knew Anthony Peterson was going to fight but I didnt know he was fighting Attah. It was cool to see him there. I also didnt know Fernando Guerrero & Jamie Kavanagh were going to be on the card. Thats very solid. The HW's were in awsome shape you could tell. Also met some other cool local people. Mr. Capon-E was even there.

I had an extra ticket and tried to sell it online. Some dude hit me looking for it and had the last name Khan. He said he was related but I didnt ask him how. IDK if he was telling the truth or not but I had already sold it anyways. The brits were there with the horns representing. I know thats going to be annoying tomorrow..........lol

LOL, cool man, ya i know when goldenboy did a fightnight club in LA the vibe was really cool and felt like home.

Paulie was behind me with some girls in a lounge area and oscar, berto, khan were on stage watching fights.

But its cool that the fighters take the time and do pics and autographs

Paulie is the man. I saw him at Cotto-Margarito II & Froch-Johnson & he was taking pics & signing autographs for all the fans. Seems like he's a real fight fan, not just a boxer who thinks it's cool to be seen at fights.

Nice report there. Boxing is great if boxers can fight each other and around the world. This is the only way to gain back the fans. The UFC is doing a great job at going places, and boxing should do the same. Yes we have small events all the time, but the title fights always create a buzz.

Tv companies need to support boxing and always show case talent around the world.

I hate to say it, but boxing needs to go to America because at least more money gets put in from hbo, show time etc.

I find the horns/drums absurd and charming The brits bring a damn good spirit to the fights when they come out.
