    Louis!

It was racial and it was national. It was beyond him as an individual. It was a KO, 1 round. **** the ****s, Indiana Jones, kind of ****.

LOL. No doubt man. Just brutal. Schmeling even turned his back and Louis drilled him right in the spine haha, you could hear Schmeling scream.

louis, no doubt. That was a BRUTAL beat down!

Not only that, I think that's probably the biggest fight ever. Hundreds of millions of people listened to that on the radio around the world. Massive event, plus the whole **** vs USA thing, race, all that came into play. Man, I can only imagine how exciting the build up to that fight was. Honestly I think it blows everything away, ali-frazier, hagler-hearns, none of those events can compare imo.

Not many fights can really incorporate the whole "Good vs Evil" theme into them. That one did.

There have been many tasteless moments in boxing (Ali calling Frazier a gorilla and an Uncle Tom, Brandon Ríos mocking Roach's Parkinsons), but EVIL as a **** backed boxer... no.

louis of course..leonard imo didn't beat duran at his best. leonard even said that he wanted to catch duran at a bad time. also like someone already mentioned the victory over schmeling had more significance to it considering the times.

Delahoya getting taunted by Vargas for years and then stopping him was also pretty great.

Lewis Rahman II of course as well.
