Fairly accurate statement, Khan does have all the physical tools to beat Mayweather. Tall, well built, good reach and lightning fast.

On any given day the top fighters can beat the top fighters. On a good day for Floyd he could beat Pac its not out of the question at all that Floyd could beat Pac.

Khan for sure could beat Floyd as well, but the hardest job is will Floyd give Khan the chance.
