Wow. It's not a good sign for the division when i don't even know who the contenders are anymore. Never even heard of the guy.
Is he any good?
Thank's for keeping this thread going. I disagree with some of your take on the Klitschkos, even though i'm a big fan. But you sure keep up with the hw division.
You're a very good poster when not involved in petty fights with "the klitschko haters".

Ortiz is a big Cuban heavyweight with a strong amateur background who is very good but not well-known. He's 4" taller than Solis, but weighs less. High risk, low reward for Wlad.
Adamek would be a risk-free opponent who would make Wlad a lot of money because he's better known. Low risk, high reward.
1. Vyacheslav Glazkov - thoughts on him? Any good?
2. Denis Boytsov - isn't it time for him to step it up soon? I know his career was delayed due to injuries or managerial conflicts (don't remember which).

Thank you. I'd prefer Ortiz then. Don't see how Adamek pose any problems for Wlad other than grinding out 12 rounds and hope Wlad gets injured enough to be forced to quit.

3. Mike Perez - where is he?
1. I have high hopes for Vyacheslav Glazkov. He's in with a very good opponent on Feb 23 namely Malik Scott (35-0). Scott is taller, has a longer reach and more professional experience. It's a very intriguing matchup.
2. Denis Boytsov has been a victim of bad management. He's had some injuries too, but should have stepped up last year. Wladimir offered him the November fight before Wach, but Boytsov's despicable promoter Vladimir Klutch said no. Now, Klutch is trying to prevent Denis from fighting until 2016
3. Mike Perez is another good young heavyweight who's been the victim of bad management. He's been inactive and his talent is going to waste.
