Perez dropped Wilson three times in round one and put him down for the full ten in round two.

So we get Perez and Povetkin as a final eliminator for Wilder in around June time, then the victor is ordered to face Wilder. 30 days of negotiation brings us to around July time, Wilder instead of defending against Povetkin then elects to unify as opposed to the risk of being dethroned by Povetkin.
