By fighting Andrew Wawrzyk, Alexander Povetkin is risking losing his fight with Wladimir Klitschko:

Added Luis Ortiz vs. Travis Kauffman on June 14 to the opening post.

Now there's a guy I haven't from in years. I think at one point he was a prospect but was sidelined indefinitely after an injury or something. Good to hear Ortiz back in the action - he needed to stay active to keep his (wba) ranking

Two articles on Alexander Povetkin here:

              http://www.***************.net/news/...hko-looms.html

WBA heavyweight champ Alexander Povetkin 25-0, 17 KO’s takes on unbeaten Andrzej Wawrzyk 27-0, 13 KO’s this weekend and if the tough Russian can get though this he is guaranteed…

Povetkin Wawrzyk is taking place in Russia, so its EARLIER than most of the fights due to time zones. Fight should be on in around 5-6 hours imo.

Michael Buffer also really trying his level-best to look and sound vaguely interested in that video as well.....

...............perhaps he went shopping in the Mall afterwards?

Hopefully the fight has a bit more drama and sparkle than the weigh-in.
