      1. Floyd IS a better counterpuncher than JMM.

      2. Castillo/JMM being what it is, Floyd easily beat JMM.

      3. Floyd fought Castillo 10 years ago. It's like comparing today's Manny to the one who got busted up by Torrecampo.

Or Hatton. It goes both ways. Besides, he won every round against Baldomir and beat Castillo twice. The first time close, the second time not so much.

          1. no, he's not...the only counter that floyd throws very well that does damage is his right pullcounter...jmm counters with every punch there is in the book....

          2. floyd was huge comapred to jmm

          3. ten years ago...cool how about when he got away with a SD vs an old hoya..lol

if only floyd had balls, we would've seen this fight already..

                1. The check hook and right uppercut escapes you.

                2. So what would he be next to Manny? He was 150 on his last fight night, the same weight as JMM was for Pacquiao.

                3. No sense in arguing that one. Anyone who knows what they were watching saw Floyd win, no worse than 8-4. And how is Hoya old at 34 and today's Floyd isn't? Stop making excuses for these fighters. Anyhow, explain Pacquiao-Marquez III.

Styles make fights. That, and he didn't fight the same motivated Ricky Hatton that Floyd fought. I mean, Mosley had a much easier time with Margarito than Manny did, just as Floyd had a much easier time with Marquez than Manny just did. Hell, explain Kendall Hold knocking David Diaz out earlier than Manny was able to.

                    1. if your talking about the check hook that caugfht hatton, no....he caught hatton with it before he could attack...a counter is a punch you thro
when your oppnent is ON the attaack , not before......show me a vid where he uses those punches as counters...

2.i hope floyd finally mans up ..
                    3. bottomline is floyd had a hard time with a past prime hoya when osacr was not gassed out...pac vs marquez III...close fight, could've gone either way..

styles makes fights for sure...but not becuase your style supposed to beat that style, it's a final conclusion that you win...there are a lot of things to consider....the mental game, the assets of fighters , qualities and gameplan etc....yo making me explain about things that does not relate to the topic..
