    Rios is more than capable to fight at 147, but not now. he would need maybe 2 fights there to be ready for khan.

        Make the fight. But stop with the catchweights. Either they fight at jr. welterweight or welterweight (yes, i know 143 is welterweight, but the welterweight limit is 147).
