boxrec is bad, but i was looking on espn, and dan rafel has david tua in the top ten
the rest of his ratings are so-so however

How many ****ing times does this have to be gone over? Boxing Rec's p4p pound list is made through a mathimatical formula that they change every so often. THey never claimed it to be their opinions or by any means a fact.
