    Recent rumors have made the rounds of an all-Dominican showdown between 140 lb. contenders Joan Guzman and Victor Cayo, to occur sometime next year and presumably with a title shot at stake.

    No way roach ever puts khan in with Guzman.... unless it involves a drastic catchweight

      I agree Guzman could be a household name if he was discipline, maybe he is now, we'll see. He has a pure boxer/brawl style that would be too much for Khan..

          No really, Guzman had the kind of raw talent to compete and beat any of the elite fighters today--that includes Khan. Things like hand speed/foot speed can't be taught: you either have it or you don't Guzman had both--but he wasn't discipline.

            It's good to see Guzman wants the big names, but we'll have to wait and see if he'll consistently make weight. He missed out on two good opportunities to become more known, Campbell and then Khan.

                Let's be realistic, Khan, Bradley, and Peterson are all pretty tough fights at this point of his career. And I don't think Garcia is a walk in the park for anybody.

                I can see him easily outpointing Maidana, Matthysse, Cayo, Alvarado, Soto[again], Morales, Prescott, Holt, Judah, McCloskey, Mabuza.
