I think it's a big win for Floyd, that can't be denied. I think the aura of the match up though has seen it's best days. I believe the event will be huge, but may be just as exciting as Mayweather vs De La Hoya. Yea, people will still **** on Floyd and make excuses for Pac, but at the same time he and his fans are making it seem like it's an easy fight anyway. The best thing to do to make the win better for Floyd is just to accept Pac as great fighter along with Mayweather. His fans would be jumping for joy, but in retrospect, based on the idea that Floyd wipes him out, what makes the win over Pac any better than his previous wins? Because of the commercial success or that he really beat a great fighter?

The irony is, The Mayweather fans would now embrace Pac's 8 title wins as Floyd was THE GUY to derail him. But let's not say anything of the such before they fight of course lol.

Been saying this for years.....its mainly the Floyd D riders (especially the ones on here that have all red k) that are ultra aggressive. Its not that they really hate Pac and think hes overrated and what not. Most likely they loved him before, and were telling all how exciting he was and what not, and didnt hate him until he started becoming a mega star, the the fan boy morons wanted Floydie to have the spot light all to himself. Its the simple sad and pathetic fulfillment of gratification of them saying "see i told you so, MY GUY I WAS ROOTING FOR won". Same goes for Pac fan boys as well, but its not as wide because Pac was never the villain, and many never had a reason not to like him.

I can't stand this attitude of how all fighters 25 years ago are the best and that its laughable that mayweather jr is one of the best cause I really believe he is.

Now im a normal person so I realise that theres been times where he dodged the tougher opponent ie.marg but at the end of the he's ATG the man proves it time after time, sure his personality can leave a lot to be desired at times but so what mayweather EATS SLEEPS and BREATHES this sport and never brings anything other then his A game

          25-30 ATG

Still didn't live up to his full potential, I believe he could've made the top 10. I'm confident he could've beaten Marg and Cotto while they were hot, and is capable of beating Manny and Martinez currently.

But it's best to wait until a fighters career is over before judging it. Who knows, maybe he'll be here longer than we think ala B-Hop.

Not that special by Mayweather's standards since he's already been knocked out before correct?
