Comments Thread For: Roy Jones Jr. Still Eyes Cruiserweight Crown in Quest

Good luck is all I'm going to say. Roy cannot do anything else to hurt his legacy or enhance it. I just hope this gets him out of debt so that he doesn't have to fight anymore. We will never forget your greatness Roy. There was never another close to it.

Roy Jones would be OK if he could summon "RJ" again as he used to call his alter ego responsible for all his devastating wins.....or to those of us who know Boxing, ROID JONES.

Its just too late, I don't think he could beat any of the current belt holders and would favor ever one of them to ko Jones now.

Of course, two very different fighters with different achievements, but let's compare Wolak decision to retire and Roy stubborness to not retire. The man should be aware of circumstances and sometimes follow his mind, energy left inside the heart (for example) utilize in passing the torch by training young kids.

RJRR was one of my fave fighters, Speed, Power, Cardio and Athelticism at his best.. His fighting style was epic, fun to watch never boring.. I think he is done though... I givee him props for comin back and tryin at this quest, but he better be careful there isn't a too be continued on what happened in Russia where he got KO in the last seconds of the fight... LOL... Roy your one of the greatest fighters to put on gloves... Just hang them up man... Save your legacy brotha...

Jones should retire already. But since he still wants to fight, how about Jones vs Cunningham.
