I need to dig up some of my old threads, but for sure I had my man Ward winning the tourney. BRB.

I thought AA would win the whole thing.

I know I picked Froch to win the tourney...I picked AGAINST Dirrell in both his fights....I was wrong about Ward in every fight except the Abraham one....I picked Kessler over Ward and Froch over Kessler ....I had Jt over Abraham as well....man my S6 record is a mess LMAO....hopefully Froch comes through so I can look like a genius

So far I am, I picked Ward to win the whole thing. I was surprised that people actually picked AA & I've come to admire Froch, coming in 2nd is nothing to be ashamed of.

Ditto, and I've got very little right about this tournament.

The good news is I think Ward will win (not by KO), so Froch might just do it!

I've been right about Ward from the get, here's a cept from 3rd November 2009 (right before the Kessler fight) under my previous account Walterson.

He's got brilliant accuracy and does not waste punches.

He's got a very strong will. He's looked defeat (knocked down) in the face and come back from it.

He knows how Kessler lost to Calzaghe, the blueprint has been written.

He married the woman that gave birth to his children before he was 20. No need for a playboy lifestyle, he only has his career and family to think about.

He's been trained to push, when you can no longer go on.

              Gold at the Olympics.

              Fighting at home.

This guy does not know how to lose, and will win the Super Six.

I remember saying ward had the potential to win it all we just didnt hadnt seen enough out of him.

Froch has exceeded my expectations and direll i expected more.

I thought Abraham or Dirrel would win the tourny initially.

I didn't think Ward's chin could hold up because he's been hurt so many times before the tourny started.

I was made a believer though after Ward beat Kessler.

before the tournament i ranked them like this (in order of chance at winning this)

                    1. Kessler
                    2. Abraham
                    3. Ward
                    4. Taylor
                    5. Dirrell
                    6. Froch

So.. I don't think i could have been more wrong. Highly underestimated Froch, and grotesquely overestimated Abraham.
Kessler i feel still could have gone very far so i won't put too much blame on me about that pick just yet.
