  • Wow. Dsource exposing floydhype in new article

    http://www.examiner.com/filipino-spo...yd-s-bull-spit

See my slingshot? I used to shoot birds with that thing, but today I'm aiming at a lame duck that loves to quack. I wonder if he's as good a ducker as his master.

Floyd's pom-pom boy at it again

As they say, "a fisherman can spot a fellow fisherman from miles away". It takes one Fight Hypocrite to spot another fight hypocrite... if you know what I mean?

No wonder Floyd Mayweather, Jr.'s favorite gossip blogger is bent on twisting this whole Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather, Jr. story the way his "swami" wants you to see it and deflect all the blame on Top Rank chief Bob Arum.

So I guess Bob Arum is the one who accused Pacquiao of PEDs. I guess it's Arum who announced he is momentarily retiring and going on vacation after fighting Mosley, making it impossible to negotiate a fight with Pacquiao. I guess it's Arum who keeps calling out Pacquiao every time he has a fight. But hey, Arum is a liar; no surprise there. He is after all a boxing promoter and once uttered "yesterday I was lying, today I'm telling the truth." But everyone knows that. To use Arum as an excuse is all too convenient.

And how can a dog serving a master claim with a straight face that its purpose is to shed the truth and nothing but the truth?

It can't. That's why it's called nothing but "hype".

Okay, let's keep it real now. I'm not hating. Well, maybe a little bit, because truth be told, I hate hypocrites. That's why I get hated on by a lot of people from different angles for calling out most of their bull****.

Truth is, if a web site wants to propagate one fighter's cause, then so be it; everyone has some sort of bias. I have no problem spreading the good word and good work of good people. But let's not create idiots out of readers; the same people who believe in things we write and treat them like suckers and **** to be lead to the ditch by some self-glorifying pied piper.

Are we really going to take Floyd Mayweather, Jr.'s word? Because, as this fight hypocrite exclaimed in Las Vegas once in front of me and some friends in the media like Elie Seckbach, you might as well talk to him because he is the only guy Mayweather will talk to. I wonder why?

Childishness aside, let's just break it down to the basics.

Who started this whole Mayweather-Pacquiao rivalry? Was it not Mayweather who went on the media back when he was promoting his fight against Marquez a couple of years ago and started talking crap about how "limited" and "inferior" of a fighter Pacquiao is compared to him? Isn't it Mayweather who has repeatedly said that he will beat up Pacquiao, instigated hate by saying racist comments against Pacquiao on the internet, said that Pacquiao is next during his press conference to promote his last fight only to deny it a few weeks after and said the media were putting words in his mouth, all the unsubstantiated illegal drug accusations against Pacquiao, on top of a lot of other negative things.

And you wonder why Pacquiao fans hate Mayweather?

But when it comes down to making the fight happen, why does Mayweather make it so ambiguous?

When I last spoke to his uncle and trainer Roger, he seemed optimistic and confirmed to me and my colleague Chris Robinson that he indeed met with Pacquiao's advisor Michael Koncz recently, and even spent time discussing things at his hotel (click here to read Chris' report).

But why does Mayweather make it so difficult to make a fight that he claims will be easy and that he says he wants, by overpricing himself, not making himself available for negotiations, complicated drug testing shenanigans, and all kinds of other excuses?

    Talk is cheap.

Mayweather keeps saying this and that and that he's going to easily beat Pacquiao, and that May 5 this, and whatever else he says, but when it comes down to it, members of Pacquiao's team have been trying to make something happen, and he is bent on denying there are negotiations while he is out somewhere clubbing.

If everything he claimed is true, then why can't he personally rally up his troops and bring them to the negotiating table to make the fight really happen? 60-70 million isn't worth talking about?

Add to it the ******ity of this whole drug testing demand. I don't care if Pacquiao had agreed to do it or not, all I know is that Juan Manuel Marquez fought Pacquiao and made him look human without the said tests. Mayweather himself said Marquez beat Pacquiao three times right? So why not just fight the guy for the most money you'll ever make in a fight your entire life? Especially since you said Pacquiao is such a terrible boxer.

Mayweather is making idiots out of his fans that constantly hang on his every word. And going back to his pom-pom boy, how can that clown talk about how big of a hypocrite Bob Arum is either?

Not long ago, the editor of Mayweather's preferred bulletin board blog called out writers like ******'s Lem Satterfield, Examiner Michael Marley and Manila Bulletin's Nick Gionco and tweeted that the said writers are pushing an agenda and that the Top Rank promoter truly doesn't want the fight to happen, suggesting that his boy Floyd actually does.

    I don't know about you, but I'm a free-thinker.

Mind you, it is the same pom-pom boy that ran an interview with Mayweather denying that he won't be fighting Victor Ortiz weeks before Mayweather himself announced that fight.

And when I broke the news that Mayweather was indeed fighting Ortiz before anyone including the said hype man, he explained on his Twitter page after, that he only wished to honor the fighter's request by not revealing any information he said he already knew beforehand. Say what? My response was, one does not need to kiss up to a fighter to get a scoop!

I'm not here saying Arum is some saint, and Arum may have his own agenda, but you can't tell me the guy will turn away money. Why would he not want to make Pacquiao-Mayweather happen when it will probably make him the most money ever in one fight throughout his history of being a promoter? If Mayweather wanted this fight for real, it would've happened already a lot time ago.

People in glass houses can't be throwing stones. I may be opinionated and there may be times that my opinions are unpopular, but at least I don't try to manipulate my readers. I just call it how I see it.

Like I said in my commentary last week, this is ALL HYPE. I just don't believe in Mayweather's sincerity in calling out Pacquiao for May 5, when he already knows in his heart that he will be fighting someone else on that date. It's just funny though that the same people that pimped out that interview, are the same people trying to deflect attention elsewhere and the blame for the fight not happening.

Give me a break! Why can't you tell your master to just fight Pacquiao and cut all the drama.

Like I said, this fight won't happen this May, and Mayweather is using the hype to sell his next fight, the way he's used Pacquiao's name to sell his fights against Marquez, Mosley and Ortiz. Check my track record, compared to that of Mayweather and his pom pom boy.

It's as simple as choosing between truth or hype.

Now watch his minions of bloggers and internet trolls go after me again. Keep it real fellas! I'm just, just.. I'm just doing my job.

At least Floydhype tends to make a case for both sides of things. Examiner does nothing but publish blatant Pacquiao ****. No point to even reading Examiner

Wow, that article was bad. Don't understand why someone would write that to be published and forever kill any hopes of a future in journalism.
