What contract did Floyd say he will sign tomorrow?

People are using that to say yeah Floyd wants it, but since there isn't any is he all talk?

I hope that the fight gets made, boxing needs this settled.

It was all talk. Once Koncz showed up talking about wanting to make the fight, floyd was like no way man, I gotta get my legal situation settled up first aka more excuses aka ducking and dodging
