Margarito stopped Cotto under very su****ious circumstances. Tony was laughing when Cotto hit him only because there was absolutely nothing he could do about the whooping Cotto was giving him and he was embarrassed so he played it off as if he wasn't hurt, or else he would of shown he wasn't hurt by making Cotto take a knee or quit again but he couldn't do it without his special wraps.

His eyes were locked on him for atleast 3 minutes..reminded me of BHop when he beat the piss out of Pavlik

Yeah, only difference is that Bernard Hopkins was the underdog and not many people gave him a chance to win, he was facing an undefeated young fighter who was supposedly going to knock him out. People were begging him to retire before he gets hurt. And Hopkins actually beat the shit out of Pavlik, taking no punishment whatsoever doing it.


This fight, every one pretty much knew who was going to win, Cotto was favored. Margarito was not a top fighter, and a lot of people thought he was not even in condition to fight. Cotto didn't even beat Margarito up that badly, it was a doc stoppage, and Cotto took some punishment doing it.

The staring makes no sense to me. Hopkins staring down the press makes a lot of sense.

I hope Margarito fights some one that will actually kick his ass before he retires. Like a Mosley or Pacquiao beating. Not this crap of a fight I saw on Saturday.
