    Is Miguel Cotto punchdrunk??? VID

Cotto speaks very slowly now, especially when he speaks English. Now I know English is not his first language, but check out this vid of a young Cotto from 2004. He spoke fast and fluent English, and that was 7 years ago. Now it just seems like he stutters and cant find the words to say. thoughts?

Nowadays he just thinks too much about what to say, in order to give as little information as possible.

Well he was a young kid then. He's a really shy guy, doesn't say much.

He's just a public figure now and protects his privacy.

Back then he was just a young fighter on the verge of stardom. Probably still felt butterflies at having a camera shooting him.

i think Miguel is just a very reserved guy. but who knows, all those wars at 140 and those beatings from Margarito and Pacquiao certainly didn't help

I wouldn't say he's punch drunk he tends to pause and think before he talks it's not like he mumbles his words.
