Yosam Choi was a very good win at 108. He's had other solids (Hussein, WV2). But his drawing power has masked how badly he's been beaten by A quality talent (with the exception of a Carbajal he was beating until he wasn't in Littles Hands' last fight)

During a down period at 122, sure. But he was hardly regarded as upper echelon stuff. Arce beating him said more about where he wasn't. Good win but nothing special.
