I think mares deserves a spot at least in the bottom half. Dude has fought and beat great fighters back to back. Twice agbeko vic and should of been a victory over perez.

A more aggressive person would have beaten a cut Mares. Even Hozumi, I think would have beat him on that night.

Those guys were sloppy. Agbeko more than Mares but still. Mares got hit with some unnecessary shots. When Mares steps up and fights Nonito or even Arce and Vic. Then I'd reevaluate his position p4p.

Top 10-20 pound for pound is very exciting though and I see a lot changing in the next year
