    Rate Cotto's performance

I would like to see how BS rates Cotto's performance after last night.

Based on a scale 5-10 ( yeah I didn't put it from 1-10, too many trolls/babies in this site)

Don't start no fight mex vs pr, plaster vs no plaster, early stoppage or not etc.

Just rate his performance based on last night

Due to it being stopped early and IMO un justly I gave Miguels performance a five, great boxing but he did run his ass off in that last round, and it was clearly Tony taking over in that round...

Cotto won, by boxing, he did NOT beat the **** out of Tony, he did not prove Plaster was used, he made idiots believe that by using bigger gloves in this fight... and by adjusting his game plan a bit.

However I believe Margarito had him figured out at the end of the 9th and a Puerto Rican Dr saved Cottos ass

Why do you care so much about floyd that you have to mention him in like every thread?

Cotto boxed very well. He did use alot of movement but he showed he can fight smart when given the right gameplan ( stayed off the ropes, tied Margarito up on the inside, etc). He landed the way better punches also.

I would of liked to see him go the body more but he took what Margarito gave him and was able to take advantage this time around.

              I give him a 8.

                9.

Boxed perfectly, pitched a near shut-out, the movement was very good....exactly what he needed to do and he did it brilliantly.

                  7. He was on his way to gas out again. His conditioning, his stamina aint good. He has probably two more fight and retirement. He invest well so he dont have financial issues like many others.

Something good for him was that he bullied Tony, trying to regain his confidence. He tried to fight him with Tony's back to the ropes and that showed me that this time around he wanted to punish him so bad and nothing was stopping him. Glad for him, but he is almost done.

Thats what I was saying. He did a little better but he waited for Margs to get off. He also got hit when he decided to run. He just didnt run as much this time. I went with 8 because he did change things in spots and his punches had more authority.
