    Comments Thread For: Sauerland Promises Chisora a Rematch With Helenius

    WBA/WBO Intercontinental Heavyweight Champion Robert Helenius (17-0, 11 KOs) clinched the vacant European Heavyweight Title with a split decision victory over Dereck Chisora (15-2, 9 KOs). Backed by his ferocious home fans, Helenius hurt Chisora with a big right in the first round to kick off an exciting encounter that featured a lot of close rounds. Two judges ruled it 115-113 for Helenius, while the third judge scored it 115-113 for Chisora

    Don't know if Chisora could apply that same level of intensity and pressure in a rematch.

      I doubt a rematch will happen Helenius will fight dimi next, and will probably put him in with Povetkin. Chisora should go after chambers or someone like that. Maybe Chisora could do The Arreloa route and beat up a few poor fighters then get a fight with Wlad.

        No need for a rematch, Chisora clearly won that fight, just change the result, everyone who is not blind could see it...

          Sauerland = Joke.

          Sauerland, why dont you get it to a no contest to get that loss off of Chisora's record that shouldnt exist? Better yet re-imburse me the £50 I put on Chisora knowing he was going to outbox your fighter.. even better than that at 4-1 send me my winnings too - £200 profit plus my £50 I bet. If you can do all those things theres at least one former boxing fan that would come back to the sport. Others get screwed.

            yeah there is no need for one. The EBU should at the least change it to a NC. Chisora should move onto better things.

              I think Chisora/Arreola would be pretty entertaining. The division would be a lot better off if the top 20 or so guys fought each other regularly.

                  What does a rematch have to do with the decision? Chisora won!

                  So IF there would be a rematch, Chisora would have to do better to get the judges to give him a win? Ludicrous!

                    Finland should be banned from staging that level of boxing, disgusting decision, Helenius got ruined. No point in a rematch, not that it will happen, can't see Chisora getting motivated to pull off another big performance when he'd just get robbed again.
