Just wanted to say that it was a crazy atmosphere there! I've been to Vegas a few times including Cotto-Margarito I and Pacquiao-Cotto & it is very hard to match a fight like this! NY is deffinately a fight town! Puerto Rico vs Mexico is exciting from the weigh in all the way to fight night!! Great experience! Who else was there and your thoughts of the weekend?

Couldn't make it because of work. I as well was at Margarito/Cotto 1 and that atmosphere was great but certainly was pro Marg. How much better was last nights fight? I would of loved being there around all the Cotto fans. I was at Yankee Stadium for the Foreman fight and that was fun but outside venues kill some of the craziness. I bet last night was hype as hell.

Last night it was the other way around, "Si se puede" chants were being overpowered by "Cotto" chants and "Yo soy Boricua, Pa q tu lo sepas." The weigh in was deffinately more ppl in this fight than the first. Also, Not a single seat was empty last night. Around 4pm ET the Garden outside was starting to get crazy! deffinately what a fight fan wants to see. After the fight it was crazy out there too!!

I was very moved to see Miguel right after the fight. He didn't have tears but you could tell he was on the verge. It was the greatest thing in sports to me at least. As a life long fan, it felt like the weight of the world off my shoulders. So happy.
