Right now, Ortiz, Berto, Khan, Jones, Solomon, and probably even Kell Brook can all beat him. When you would probably lose to all the top guys in your division, why even continue fighting? And even in his prime he was not that good at 154, and it's not like he's going down to 140 either.

people said morales was shot against maidana.. mayorga against cotto.. but these were some good fights actually. i think mosley would still give one hell of a fight to any top guy in his div barring pac and floyd. the problem is just that they would have to give mosley a lot of money.
