lemme guess, it's still real to you
Cotto's destiny is in his own hands
Floyd's last fight was straight out of the WWE, hit the guy when the ref isn't looking and have the good guy counted out by a cheap shot, all that was missing was Ellerbe running in with a chairComment

i see the comparison. wrestling is fake, sure. they michaels, hart, and mcmahon talked about how it would go before it happened (as they always do it wrestling), hart gets the win. hart walks out and mcmahon goes up to shawn michaels and basically goes, "fcuk what i told him, youre going to win the fight." quick bell and michaels gets the win. he even wrote about it in his book(insert joke here) about how he felt like a jackass for taking advantage of it. so yes, wrestling it fake, but it was a straight up screwjob about who would win.Comment

Dude, it's called the MONTREAL screwjob for a reason lmao, Survivor Series 1997 took place in Montreal, did I miss something?
Anyways, although "Cotto's destiny is in his own hands" as Weebler nicely put it, we know that the sport of Boxing is not above controversy, have ya'll seen the bull**** that has happened this year? Plenty of fights this year been tainted with some form of controversy.
If the fight is close, something is gonna go down. IDK if Arum will play a role, but if he and Cotto's relationship are strained as he puts it, i will not be surprised to see Margarito getting the decision.Last edited by kiaba360; 12-03-2011, 07:20 PM.Comment

LOL that isn't why its called the montreal screwjob, Bret Hart was getting ready to retire and wanted his last match to be a the winner as champ.
McMahon told him that would happen, in the middle of the fight McMahon changed the set and screwed Bret Hart over knowing it was his last contract fight.
Hart LEGITIMATELY assaulted McMahon backstage after. I still have my tape from that LOL where they showed it (later dvd's etc edit that out).Comment
