Mayweather is his on boss, Haymon and Ellerbe work for him. Their job is advise him as far as the business side of his career goes. as for Konz, would it have been too difficult for floyd to have simply instructed Konz to talk to ellerbe? the man himself said he just nodded to whatever konz said and ignored the guy.

Konz, the known representative of Manny, right in front of him, and he just dismisses him like that without at least scheduling a meeting of sorts? how difficult would it be to tell Konz that he can't make decisions without his advisers and simply arrange a meeting at another time when they are present?

Ther nerve of you questioning anyone else's intelligence is astounding. Let me try this again, everyone knows(including Arum) that if you want to do business with Mayweather then you have to go through his business advisors. Any attempts to bypass those guys in an effort to deal with Mayweather(at his gym no less) directly isn't a serious one. That is why Mayweather ignored whatever Koncz was talking about and dismissed the encounter. Instead of asking silly questions of Mayweather, yould be asking why Team Pacquiao has been once again misrepresenting things. They've been claiming that negotiations are not only ongoing but are close to being done, yet Mayweather himself has denied that any such negotiations are even taking place. If Mayweather basically dismissed Koncz and that encounter hasn't led to any real talks, then why are Arum and Pacquiao acting as if things are going well?

Floyd's ducking Manny because of the lawsuit, forget that Arum isn't making any serious effort to make the fight, it's all Mayweather's fault anyway. All that's left is for Arum to make an announcement that Floyd wanted more money, or this, or that and we'll magically have Mayweather ducking Manny again.
