Floyd fought Marquez at welterweight, The WW limit is 147 pounds, he forfeited 600k because Marquez had a specific clause in the contract and Floyd agreed, There is no 144 pound weight class anything 141-147 is Welterweight, now if Floyd had weighed 148 that's different but it wouldn't have mattered regardless the outcome would have been the same just like it won't matter with Rios(If he can make weight)..
