On Talksport just now, they were speaking to Hamed while he was on a little break from his roadwork today.
Hamed says he was weighing about 13 stone for two years but is already down to 11 stone, says he can't figure out why everybody is so suprised that he's making a comeback with quotes like "I just had a very quick three-year break" and "I'm still very young ofcourse at 31", he says that because he hasn't been in any wars he feels he is still fresh and that the 'short' break was just to re-charge his batteries. He seems to be acting like its no big deal and says that he will be "better than ever" when he returns because he's "stronger now and more mature", and "I'll box their ears off".
Oh and he hopes to get down to 9 and a half before Xmas.. I wish him good luck.
(thinking about it, it would of been five years since Barrera if Hamed returns next year.. so I think he's kidding himself here)
