Listen bro, my post wasn't a knock on Khan. He is fighting who he should be fighting. My post is about the Ghost. Khan did opt for Judah instead of him. But have a look around the sport, especially at 154 & 147. There have been many & I mean many fighters getting title shots that are far less accomplished than the Ghost. If the Ghost can talk his way into a big prime time fight, I'm all for it.
Khan fought Judah for the simple fact that Judah had a belt and was on a run of decent wins against solid opposition and brings more money and attention to the fight event than what Guerrero could and to be quite honest Guerrero has done nothing in this division or any other division at all accept a win over katsidis at light weight hes had 32 fights and is yet to become a legitimate champion he's a nobody and does not deserve his shot yet.
Judah is way more accomplished at Jr welterweight than Guerrero and got the fight through hard work no one is fooled by Guerrero he's trying to get a shot without doing any work at all i think he uses the whole my wife had cancer thing to mask the fact hes under achieved and failed to deliver in his career.
I forget, but which fight was it that Guerrero claimed he was closing in on Hall of Fame territory? It was during the pre-fight buildup to one of his fights, when I heard it live I pissed myself laughing.
I hope this fight can be made as I think it could be a good match up, style wise. But Ghost has had a lot of time off recently and needs a fight or two to knock any ring rust off. From what I've seen of him, I do like the dude.
But people saying Khan's running? Come on. The dude wants to unify the division, he's called out Bradley for god knows how long and he's ducked him. He's taking on legitimate challengers and not ducking or dodging (please don't bring up Prescott as an example).
For all Khan's faults; he does seem like he's willing to fight the best. Nothing wrong with that.

Man listen dude, I could name you a **** load of fighters that got a shot at the pfpo #1's belt that didn't desrve it. if you don't understand my post, don't quote me. Deserving a shot at a champ doesn't apply anymore. Cintron was a nobody last week, but he fought for a title. Manfredo the week before. Mosley shot to pieces coming off of a lose & a draw. Matthew Hatton in a weight class he's done squat at. Margarito again. C'mon dude, deserving does not matter.
But like I said, if the ghost can talk his way into a big fight, I am all for it,peace.
It seems to me we can say the same about Khan after he was knocked out by Prescott. Prescott has repeatedly called out Khan but Khan has avoided that rematch that should be an easy fight if Khan is as elite as he says. Khan has the makings or should I say intangibles of a great fighter, tall, fast and athletic but his stamina and chin are still a mystery. I know its not everyday that you fight an Madina but Khan and the ghost need to prove themselves.

So by your logic, since undeserving fighters are getting title shots, other, undeserving fighters should also get title shots. Ok.
When something bad is happening, you should call it out whenever you see it, not encourage it.
The Ghost should fight someone with a name at 140 at the very least.
But, isn't Khan a name, though?? By the way, the Ghost is more deserving of a shot than all of those guys I named, true story.
Khan is the biggest name. The top dog.
I do agree with you that Guerrero deserves more of a shot than the guys you mentioned. But you have to remember there are two fighters involved here, what I mean is that Guerrero's gain would be at the expense of Khan, who could probably fight someone much more significant and make more money doing so.

jhahaha. . . i used to like guerrero, thought he was a good boxer-puncher, and i liked how he was moving up in weight. . . but the guy has obviously lost it. . .
he hasn't done SHYT! lol. . . he should be thinking about a rematch with daud yordan after he bytched out of that fight. . . that was just as bad as devon's bytching out against bradley. . . if not worse because it was only in the second round. . . haha remember when he was like "I can't see!", the referee was like "uhhh, really?" and just kinda shrugged in disappointment as if you say "you coward". . . and called it off
guerrero just has some nerve attacking khan after he pulled that stunt. . .
