I love how everyone hates on Devon even though he does something that everyone on here wants others fighters to do, go against top competition in every fight. How many fighters schedule a tough comeback fight after their first, and embarrassing, loss? Not many. So you got to give him credit for that.
As for the "robberies", STFU already. I am tired of every close fight being labeled a robbery on here because it didn't go the way you thought it did. Can an argument be made that he lost those fights, of course. However, one can be made that he did enough to win them too. You know why, because they were close fights. Different judges like different things, it's boxing, judging is subjective.Comment

100% true he does not have to fight the guys he has fought. Tremendous fighter and I expect him to shine against a slow but powerful Maidana.Comment

Same here, I'm also expecting him to shine against Maidana. If he's unable to have more success than Morales or Corley did against Maidana or loses, it's probably the end of the line for him.Comment

He has no argument for winning either the Kotelnik or Matthysse fights. Kotelnik had 7 clear rounds, that there's no way you could say he didn't win. You could say Alexander won 5 rounds at most against Matthysse, which wouldn't be enough to win because of the knockdown. There's no way you can say he won 6 rounds to get the win.I love how everyone hates on Devon even though he does something that everyone on here wants others fighters to do, go against top competition in every fight.
