I can already hear Liev Schrieber introducing this story:

“In 2000, I was training for a fight in Texas and sparred three or four rounds with Mayweather,” Morales recalled. “Mayweather’s father Floyd Sr. was my trainer and got me to spar with his son. I had him groggy and reeling but he never went down.”

So 11 years ago Terrible kicked Floyd's ass in sparring (according to him), guess they'd go with a Spadafora angle with this one

Come on Morales, yr smart enough to stay away from khan and Bradley, even you don't believe you should or deserve to fight Mayweather, you just want that paycheck.

Big hitter + Evasive.... not a good match up at all.

He'd have to pray Floyd breaks his hands.
ya know, your logic sound fkin sketchty. 1000 percent, i bet ur not from japan. anyways, a young morales at 135 would give floyd problems anyday - a bettr foghet that fkin castilo was.... all im sayin is flyd wouldve lost if he wouldve fougt the toughest oppostitiion in his career, its the truth and all u mtherfkers know it......

Morales is already considered Floyds superior resume wise. Dont risk it because floyd will say i beat Morales therefore i must be greater, even though Morales is pushing 40 now.

Morales fighting at a higher weight dont seem to bother him too much because of his height i suppose he can pull it off, so i dont buy the floyd is bigger than him talk. What he did against Maidana shows what the top boy can do when he puts his mind to it. Maidani the guy who beat Ortiz, who Floyd wants credit for sucker punching, and not beating.

I don't think he can, but who knows. He's Erik Morales.

Yes but if we are supposed to buy into the Morales was more shop worn than second hand goods in a second hand shop when Pac beat him, i'll leave the rest up to peoples imaginations where Morales must be now.

No! He would not! Even though they are about the same age, people would look at it like Floyd beat up on an old dude. El Terrible is an old 35 while Floyd is very fresh pushing 35.

This was never a 50/50 fight. Zahir Raheem with a more devastating outcome.
