same here, dude is just trying to make a living. I mean, sure he was overhyped in MMA like crazy in the beginning but he was rightfully exposed and now he's still trying. For a guy who was just an internet fighter, fighting guys in backyards and putting them up on youtube, it's pretty impressive he made it as far as he did. All he is a tough guy that has a crazy look, but he has dedication and I respect that.
Also, I hear he's emmanuel augustus' cousin.
Exactly, he deserves our respect, and he is a good guy. Seems to have alot of heart too.

Just like Nick Diaz, (I am ashamed to even know his name) Kimbo probably regrets not taking the boxing route earlier in his career.
I'm thrilled to watch Kimbo take a step up in competition. Totally fair to doubt his boxing skills, but I have no idea why anyone wouldn't like him. Honest, up front, and great to the fans. Orlando Utsey and Jesse Cook both have a chance to be special....
