How would Marquez fare against Margarito (non-plaster) @ 147

How do you all think Marquez would fare against plasterless Margarito? Could he outbox him for 12 rounds? He's defientely a better fighter but is the size difference too much?

I think non plaster, cheatto will have no fangs against Cotto and Saturday we get to see if that belief is right or wrong when he faces Cotto. So I think Marquez gets the UD.

Margarito would walk right through him. He wouldn't be weary of counter punches like Pac was. Remember how much trouble Marquez had with Diaz's pressure? Yea, imagine freaking Margarito.

Diaz had speed and better mobility to give JMM something to think about for a few rounds.

Margarito would be too slow and JMM would be too fast. He would slice Margarito up like a Chinese sushi chef.

Smaller guys have the advantage in these matchups.

Marquez also destroys Cotto at a catchweight of 145. Too much skill and speed. He'd wreck Cotto badly.

A big reason Marquez's punches are so effective against Pacquiao is because Pacs offense is based around his leg strength and forward momentum...and Marquez uses that against him with his offensive counter punches.

Margarito is much less based on leg strength and forward momentum, and basically walks torward you until hes in range and starts bombing away. His strength, punch resistance, and ability to dominate at close range would really wear down Marquez. If Juan Diaz and Katsidis could put a hurting on Marquez and soak up a fair amount of his punishment, you better believe that Margarito could as well.

Diaz's pressure was superior to Margaritos.

He really knew how to swarm , he was mobile, and had speed...... Margarito just throws slow ass punches none stop, and goes forward with shitty footwork.
