How did you score Margarito-Williams?

I just rewatched this fight and found some similarities with Cotto vs. Margarito. Cotto's style is different from Williams since Cotto is not nearly as busy as Paul is. However, Williams opted to box Margarito and did it very well before starting to fade in the latter rounds. This plan was very similar to Cotto's back in 2008. The biggest difference between Cotto and Williams is the height and reach, but the gameplans were not that different at all.

By the way, I scored this 115-113 Williams. I had Margarito one point down entering the 12th, which was clearly a Williams round.

I had it as a draw but I could see giving it to Williams more than I could see giving it to Margarito.

I think if they fought 5x Margarito wins 4 of them though.

It ain't a mystery how to beat fighters with good chins. Punish Cheatto to the body early and often and I bet he will forget all about trying to pressure. Cotto needs to do this instead of getting emotional and headhunting for a big punch all night.

that was a pretty close fight. havent seen it in a couple of years but thats one where i'd have no problem with either guy winning by a round or a draw.

I had the fight a draw to me Tony needed that last round to win, but a Williams win by your score is not far fetched I could see that to....
