Good question. Leonard Ellerbe disclosed to the public the date and venue. My guess is if GBP was invonved Schaeffer would have been more vocal about the date and venue.

Are we onto something perhaps? Floyd booked May 5th and asked GBP to get him the best possible opponent. Hmm? Could it be that what Arum says is real and Floyd is cutting GBP out of negotiations? I cannot explain all the butthurt from the GBP size (Schaefer and Oscar) otherwise. Interesting.

Not sure who's telling the truth of it all. But I do know this much. Mayweather usually has investment groups and backers for his pay-per-view events. Mayweather does not invest his own money into staging a show. He retains Golden Boy to run the day to day promotions to hype the event. GB only receives a flat fee for their work and Mayweather/investors retain the rest. Investors have approached both sides in the past, Mayweather and Top Rank, to get involved with this fight. It's nothing new. Investment group try to get involved with boxing events all the time. Who do you think financially backs some of these independent pay-per-view events?

Our website is not owned by a promotional company. I can't say the same for other outlets. We are 100% independent. Without being directly involved, we have no idea who is lying and who is not. Al Haymon would be the point man to clear the air, but Haymon never speaks to anyone.

The last time everybody thought Arum was full of ****, then the president of HBO came out and publicly said Arum was telling the truth and that he was trying to make the Mayweather fight as the go-between guy because of the personal issue between Arum and Mayweather's manager Haymon.

                  RIP Another *****.

Almost is one of the more dangerous words in the english language. You never quite know what it means.

Just earlier this week Arum said he was still investigating the options on the 3 potential investors.
So that is all concluded, they have the money and we are good to go? It's only Wednesday and just over 2 weeks since Pac fought and they expect me to swallow this up that they are very close to finalising terms

                      My hairy arse they are
