I totally disagree. Its a difrerent era and thats it. People always try to hype guys from the past and dismiss guys from the present, e****ally if they are older. The fact is Floyd, Pac, RJ, Hop, Mosley, Toney, JMM, EM, MAB, Klit Bro's, Winky, Donaire, & Sergio could compete in any era and if you dont think so then you just drink the cool-aid way too much. People get off on dissin current stuff and I just dont get it. Just because its older or happened before, doesnt mean that its better

Jeff Mayweather might not be very involved with boxing but he makes more sense than most of you die hard fanatics. Khan is a very good fighter and i am impressed by him but he wasn't lying when he said Khan still fights like an amateur. Amateurs throw wide shots and they keep their chin up when punching and thats what Khan does. And Alvarez isn't a superstar yet. I like watching the kid and i hope he continues to improve but outside of hardcore boxing fans and maybe some casual fans, no one knows who the hell he is.
