Last I heard it was not happening, because Berto (then IBF champion) passed on participating and none of the other promoters of the fighters GBP wanted to be involved were too hot on the idea. At the time Berto was also planning on fighting Bailey next, though. Now that Andre doesn't have a title, I wonder what their position is.

That would make for a decent tournament, but none of them have a 147 title. I just don't see many of those fights happening, anyway. Everyone wants to keep their record looking good in case Mayweather's people come calling.Comment
