random blood and urine test have not been invented by floyd. they do it in the olympics, they do random urine and maybe blood in the nfl, they do it in baseball. he wants to prove that he is clean and his opponents are clean. he knows no one has his skill level to compete, its a low key of insurance that he will not lose.
