WTF was that :50? Was there beef between Cotto/Malignaggi in the lead-up to the fight? I'm not aware since I wasn't following boxing back then.

Anyone care to share light on this?

Nah there were no beefs between Cotto and Malignaggi. It was that the fight futured two young undefeated fighters with a lot of egos. Paulie doesn't really touch gloves and Cotto is always serious until today. Cotto never touches gloves ever.
