Comments Thread For: Fernando Guerrero Added To Khan vs Peterson Card

LOS ANGELES - One of the East Coast's most exciting and well-known fighters, middleweight prospect Fernando Guerrero has been packing venues for the last few years, building a grassroots following rarely seen in boxing these days. The promising 25-year-old from Salisbury, Maryland will now bring that following to our nation's capital with his addition to the undercard of "Capital Showdown" which will feature Amir Khan defending his unified super lightweight world championship against Lamont Peterson on December 10 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.

Good move all around, an exciting fighter who sells tickets in that area on the road to redemption, makes sense, this card is pretty sick...

Fernando Guerrero would punish Pirog. His only loss was a fluke on a horribly off night. This guy works like a horse while training. Future middleweight champion easily.
