Actually, all ****ing around aside (you know I'm only ragging you 90% of the time, don't you KB?) I did think that Hop edged the fight. I think my scorecard was 115-113.

But it was his own fault... he'd left it close enough for it not to be a robbery, and the way he'd been fighting recently it was bound to happen sooner or later...

I had a lot of fun when everyone was arguing about that fight, there were good points to make on both sides.

Some of these old fighters, I don't know what it is, it's like a combination of ego and fear makes them too tentative. Happened both with Hopkins and Roy Jones this year. Maybe too many years in the ring and too much pride. If Hopkins had pressed the fight a bit in the early rounds or had taken advantage of a wobbly Taylor in the 10th he would have won easy. Ah well...

yeah, **** happens, i think he thought it was close and since he's been the champ for so many years, he would get the split easily...lol well not enough...i hate that anyway, a fighter should alwayz go for a ko in my opinion..just cant wait till the rematch man it cant come quick enough..even tho the debates have been great,i hope there isnt any in the rematch..i still wanna see Jones Jr/Hopkins "The end of legacies" super fight

Don't worry about that, it's all part of the fun... besides, if anyone says they've "owned" you, they're a nerd.

Yeah, with Duva in the picture he probably should have suspected that luck wouldn't be on his side.

Hopefully he puts on a better performance than Roy. Been a lousy 2nd half of '05 so we're due a good fight.

None of us can match Anorak's knowledge in this area...he would "pwn" us easily.
