Vitali and Wlad are different fighters so just because Haye lost to Wlad doesn’t automatically mean that he will lose to Vitali. Vitali is slower and doesn’t have the same one punch power but he has a much higher work rate and wears opponents down.

It would be a dam tough fight for Haye to win I still think the big thing Haye needs to learn is a double jab, Vitali is slower and the double jab can land from a smaller opponent he needs to target Vitali's chest as well as the head. If he can consistently land the jab he can build up points but i just don’t see Haye bothering to improve his game. He also needs to sort out the stamina problems (he really needs to be able to throw 30-40 punches per round minimum) and improve his balance. With all those 3 things combined he would have a good chance.

What i see happening in this fight is Haye circling backing of and throwing 12-18 punches a round and landing 2-3 big punches in each round, Vitali will come forwards and take more punches than normal due to Haye's speed advantage but Vitali although missing a lot will land more punches than Haye and build up a lead on the cards and win a UD or late KO.

I think this fight would be better than the Wlad vs Haye fight as Vitali is easier to hit but I still don’t see it being an exciting fight.

The problem as always is the size, it's hard to land on guy's that are the size of the brothers.

Haye has the speed and skills to win rounds, but it will be hard, hard work based on the physical gap.

Maybe, but he'll go out on his shield this time.

I honestly think pressure is the key with Vitali, keep HIS feet moving, turn him constantly, make sure you're not stood in front of him for too long and keep punching. Hit move, hit circle with a high guard and A LOT of head movement when you're not punching. Haye has faster feet and Vitali has slower hands and feet than Wlad.

Its about keeping Vitali off balance, he has a higher work rate than Wlad so I would try and keep his feet moving so he cant set himself. Frustrate the older guy and get him chasing and running into punches. It would require a HIGH work rate from Haye and it would be a hard fight but that's the sort of plan I would go for.

If Vitali is in the same condition as the Adamek fight then Haye has a 10/1 shot at best. Vitali will have toe much!
