Both parties must agree to contract terms. If there is no 50/50 or winner take all, then no deal will or should be done. Floyd is demanding, trying to attentionally run Pac away. No boxer is going to make you decide what's best for them, especially the Most Outstanding Boxer of the Decade(Pacman).
