this is what you ******s fail to grasp, everytime, the weight penalty is just that, a penalty, it's a background thing that never has to be brought into play aslong as floyd stays within the welterweight limit, this could be argued as a bigger deal maybe if the fight was at a catchweight, but it's not, it's the same weight class floyd has made for the last 6 years

the tests, is mandatory, it plays a role in the foreground and becomes an obstacle(not in the sense that it's a problem, but something that has to be overcome)

The first time this fight didn't happen was because of MP....and if it doesn't happen again it will be MP again.

The short bus crew are out as usual in damage control. It's really simple you tards, asking for a stricter PED testing regime is not ducking the fight, because:

1. You can't prognosticate the future and predict your intended opponent coming up with a new excuse as to why he can't undergo OST every week for two years, whilst it's also not an issue at the same time (figure that one out)


2. They initially said they would agree to undertake OST, but only pull out once they can't find another reason during the negotiation to use as an excuse.


This fight didn't happen in 2009 because team MP walked away from the negotiation because they didn't want to agree to OST. It's inconsequential whether you believe it's because he is on PED's or just didn't want the fight to happen, IT'S A FACT!!!!!

Sign what?? A contract doesn't even exist. Arum was reached out to and he said no thanks!!! GBP has picked up the phone and called TR who have expressed no interest in negotiating the fight thus far. Manny turned down the fight in 2009 aswell......what else do you need to know???

This is classic Floyd. He comes out acting courageous and all when he is aware that Pac is not in a position to negotiate, ie, Pac promoting a fight or just days after Pac's fights, Chrismas holidays, etc.

Knowing Floyd, when Pacquiao says next month that they have a contract for Floyd to sign, Floyd will come out with the old line that the deal is off the table now.

If Floyd want to fight Pacquiao he won't sign up to any fight until the New year, won't add any new stips and change anything that they have previously agreed on.

Lets see if Floyd is serious or is it just more talk.
