I want to point out that that statement implies that Manny deserves special treatment because he is not above the guys he fights. You cant demand special treatment than claim superiority. It has to be one or the other.

Belts are WORTHLESS, especially when you obtain them by mugging little old ladies. Pacquiao tip-toed through the tulips, and would not fight the best guys in most of those divisions.

And lineal titles rate about the same, the lineal champ is just the-man-who-beat-the-man, and is often not the best in the division.
