I don't consider 140 as "looking down" for him because he's a smallish welterweight. While I would love to see him fight at 154 (with Sergio especially), you can't really fault him for not wanting to fight above his weight class. At least not until he gets the Pac fight over with. There's too much money riding on the Pac fight to risk moving up.
