have high hopes for this guy. he is entertaining to watch, so right now i don't mind the pace they're taking with him. being 20-0 at 26 years old though, i think we'll see him tested for sure before he hits 28. looking forward to seeing more of this guy.

Well it remains to be seen how good he really is. They feed him bum after bum but really bums and thats dangerous. He has won all of his 20 fights by knockout and most in the first round, that will not make him a better fighter.
He might think hes something special with his 100% Ko ratio but he should realize he has not proven anything yet against these bums. I would like to see a new good HW but Wilder has to step it up to show what hes made of.
Right now Helenius, Mitchell, Boytsov, Perez and even Fury are bigger prospects than Wilder. All of these guys have proven more. Especially Helenius. Hes the biggest prospect right now without a doubt.Comment

20 were no-ones.
I think Wilder has real potential. I suspect others do, too. What is probably bothering them is the constant mismatches he participates in. I realise this isn't something unique to Wilder; it is a problem in boxing generally. Even so, there are fighters out there who have fought stiffer opposition earlier in their careers. Helenius is an example that comes to mind. He's fought Peter and the 2nd guy to beat Wlad (can't remember his name). And tomorrow, Helenius faces Chisora.
I'm not say they should suddenly throw Wilder in with a big pucher like some of the guys just mentioned. But they could match him up with someone who will put a bit of pressure on him (a decent fighter on the decline or something).Comment
